The Elders from Katunayan are giants born on this land. They embed the spirits of the orher elders who have walked this land since before they were born.

In their practical, working clothes they partake in the daily life of the locals. At Festival times, they stroll around proud of what their community has organised and curious about all the new artwork on this ancient hills.

Like all the elders around here love to sing too. In quiet moments, maybe under the shadr of a tree they sing the songs they've learned from their lical peers.They don't belong to any tribe but are friends with all and are often guests at their ceremonies.

Elders are one of our society's islands, one created by age. Modern times have seen this island drifting further away from the other age groups. The daily connection with the young ande children is lost and they're no longer regarded as the repository of knowledge.

In oral cultures they were the repository of the memory or were everyone came from. They had seen everyone born and kniwn thrm since birth.
